Sustainable Exercise

Bikes are great aren't they? Yet to get a decent "fat burning" exercise on one, you need to ride at a decent pace for 45 – 65 min (target for fat calorie burning). Twenty min. into it, I'm really feeling it on my seat… So, get yourself some bike shorts! I ride aprox. 15-17 miles/hr.
Suggestion: pick a good route with your car first so that you don't get lost on back roads 15 miles from your appt/house.
