8 oz of plant milk (soy, oat, rice, almond, etc.)
1 scoop of Juice Plus Complete* (go to store then “view all products”)
1 1/2 cups of Frozen Fruit
1/4 cup of Green Tea*
1 Tbs. Flax Seed*
1 Tbs. Brewers Yeast*
4 oz. Water
